Your jump from VIP account work at Playtika and CSM at Superfy into founding Ecommerce Para Ti is a pattern I see a lot, the operator who knows clients deeply and then has to scale delivery without losing that touch. Most founders I talk to at that stage end up needing senior engineering muscle fast. Curious how you are thinking about the build side as Ecommerce Para Ti grows?
